Fabrizio is a young man living in Milan. He decided to buy an apartment to live independently.

Needs

Fully modernize an outdated and somewhat neglected apartment.
Create a space suitable for a modern, young person without sacrificing functionality.
Minimize structural work on existing walls and layouts.

Requested Solutions

• Build new systems, including ducted air conditioning

• Replace flooring, interior doors, and window frames

• Design young, original furnishings with great attention to lighting

Site Inspection

The layout was already defined. The project required the removal of flooring, coverings, doors, and windows, along with a complete renovation of the systems.
Custom furniture, color schemes, and carpentry work were designed to give the apartment a fresh, youthful identity.

The Project

A 3D graphic design was presented to illustrate proposed furniture placement, spatial definitions, and necessary structural work.

During the meeting with the client and construction team, we provided:

• Quotes for furniture and structural work

• A schedule for the project and delivery of the apartment

Design Proposals

• The kitchen was designed with a modern, practical finish using the innovative “FENIX” material — ideal for doors, countertops, and an integrated sink.
  Initially envisioned in white, the client embraced our proposal of Ingo Black and London Grey, for a more distinctive and bold look.

• In the living area, we included a large TV unit, a comfortable sofa, and a console table perfect for entertaining friends.
  To enhance the bare walls, we proposed a two-tone paint scheme with striking geometric lines.
  Lighting played a fundamental role in defining the atmosphere and structure of the space.
