Modern House

Modern apartment, young person approved!

Client

Fabrizio is a young man who lives in Milan. He decided to purchase an apartment to live on his own.

Requirements

Completely modernise the apartment which had a rather shabby and dated appearance. Make it suitable for a young, modern guy without sacrificing functionality.

Requested Solutions

Create new systems including the channelled air conditioning system. Replace flooring, internal doors, window frames. Create youthful furnishing with original solutions, giving great importance to lighting.

The survey

Spaces are defined. All flooring, wall coverings, internal doors, window frames need to be removed and complete system renovation needs to be managed.

The project

A 3D graphic project was presented with indications of how we planned to position the furnishings, define spaces and carry out structural works.

The proposals

The kitchen was proposed with a modern, practical and functional finish using the new "FENIX" material. Initially the client had imagined a white kitchen, then followed us in the Black Ingo and London Grey colour variant. In the living area we inserted a wide TV unit, a comfortable sofa and space for a console table. Light played a fundamental role in the design of spaces.

The renovation

The renovation work involved demolishing walls between kitchen and living room, creating new flooring, complete bathroom renovation, new electrical and plumbing systems.

The final result

The kitchen created with matt white doors with burnished groove. The bedroom was created by coordinating materials and finishes. The new bathroom was created with the replacement of the old bathtub with a large walk-in shower.
